Booking Policies

All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.

 

Deposits are applied to your service and will be subtracted from your total once the appointment is completed.

 

Please allow for a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel. We understand emergencies arise, therefore if there is an urgent matter, please contact us directly to notify us of the cancellation.

 

Please arrive ON TIME to your appointments. Late appointments result in other clients’ appointments to be pushed back. Please be courteous of everyone’s time.

 

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit. You may choose to reschedule your appointment, however 50% of the service total will be due prior to your appointment.

 

Please arrive with CLEAN lashes! Dirty lashes causes more cleaning time which in turn causes less lashing time!

 

We do not fill on other lash technician’s work. If you have lashes on from another technician, please book a removal service and full set to avoid disappointment on arrival.

 

We accept all forms of payment (cash, EMT, debit and credit cards). All credit cards require a 5% booking fee on top of your service total.

 

All of our services are NON REFUNDABLE as work, time and effort were put in to complete your service. If you are unsatisfied with your service, we have a 3 Day Policy for a touch up service.

Store Policies

Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed/shipped on the next available business day.

 

Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 5 business days (for Canada Only) and 10 and 15 business days (Rest of the World), depending on your shipping address and chosen method of shipment. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

 

Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid address on business days only (Monday – Friday) excluding statutory holidays.

 

Additional fees may apply if ordering outside of CANADA. We are not responsible for any duties/fees in your originating country.

 

We are proud to provide our customers with a variety of flat rate shipping options. We provide standard (3-5 Business Days) and express shipping (1-2 Business Days) options for within Canada ONLY, while standard shipping is provided to the rest of the world (10-15 Business Days).  

 

Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods. Charges are subject to change without notice.

Return/Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of our products, we have a very LIMITED return policy. We cannot reuse or restock opened/used returned products for sanitary & health reasons. If, for any reason, you must return a product, we strongly suggest you read this policy in full before contacting us to discuss the reason for return.

 

We DO NOT issue refunds, however we will gladly exchange your unopened and unused items within 7 days of receiving your shipment, otherwise your sale is FINAL. All items must be in their original packaging. We will not be able to resell used products. The sender is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

 

If your items come back to us USED, then an exchange will not be issued and you will forfeit the cost of the items. If you wish to keep the products AFTER we receive them back from you, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

 

Please allow for up to 7 business days for us to process your return once we receive your items.

 

We strongly suggest you make sure all products are correct in your cart BEFORE issuing payment. If you make a mistake on your checkout, please email us at contact@vivasglamroom.com with your Order number and include any changes that need to be made before the order is processed. Once your order is processed and shipped, we will not be able to make any address/order changes.
